Bookings and cancellation policy

Booking information

To book in your appointment with me please use the contact page on my website detailing the treatment you would like. A non refundable part payment is required for all bookings, this includes new and existing clients. The booking fee can be paid via PayPal after the initial enquiry has been made. Without the booking fee payment the appointment is not confirmed. The amount is then deducted from the remaining balance, payable on the day of your appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled giving 48 hours notice or more you are welcome to reschedule the appointment for when I next have availability and the part payment will be ‘rolled over’ to that next appointment. If less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation is given then the part payment will not be refunded or rolled over to a subsequent appointment. As I am a small business and a ‘one woman’ band I unfortunately can not afford to loose income due to people cancelling last minute or not turning up for appointments; thank you for respecting and understanding this.

My cancellation policy

When you book a treatment with me the time and space is reserved just for you. I understand that emergencies can crop up and if I ever need to cancel a booking, I will do my utmost to give at least 48 hours’ notice, I ask my clients to do the same out of mutual respect. This period provides both parties enough time to reschedule our plans and it gives me the option to offer the appointment to someone else. In cases of repeated cancellations, I recommend that individuals wait until they feel ready and able to commit to sessions before rebooking. ​

I understand how precious time and energy is and respectfully ask clients to read through my cancellation policy before making a booking. I always try and be empathetic and understanding and appreciate illness, emergencies and unforeseen things can crop up in life however this policy helps to protect my practice and ensure I can continue to offer my services.
